Good afternoon, 

As the end of the school year is approaching, we would like to thank all of you for your unwavering support of our student athletes. Our last meeting of the 2025/2026 school year is on June 2, 2026 at 7 pm in the WHS Senior Cafeteria. During the meeting on June 2, 2026, we will be holding elections for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is comprised of six (6) officers. To be eligible for election to the Board of Directors, you must be a WAC Member in good standing for at least the past thirty (30) days and consent to serve for the 2026/2027 school year if elected. The Board of Directors (Officers) shall be elected by a majority vote of those Members in good standing present at the June 2, 2026 meeting. Directors shall be elected for service for a term of one (1) year, or until successors have been elected. At present, there are two current members of the Board that have indicated that they will not be seeking re-election. The WAC Nominating Committee is currently accepting nominations for the June 2, 2026 election. If you are interested in being nominated for election to the Board, please send an email to westlakeathleticclub1@gmail.com indicating same and signifying your consent to serve if elected to office. The nominating committee will be accepting nominations until May 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., at which time nominations will be closed. Immediately following the June 2, 2026 meeting, the six (6) newly elected Board members will meet to re-organize and elect, amongst themselves, the 2026/2027 officers.
